ABSTRAK
Di beberapa
daerah, Pila ampullacea dan Anadara granosa merupakan makanan alternatif
dengan kandungan protein tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis
perbedaan kadar protein siput sawah (Pila
ampullacea) dan kerang darah (Anadara
granosa) yang direbus. Jenis penelitian ini compatarive study dan dilakukan di Balai Besar Laboratorium
Kesehatan Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 15 sampel
Siput sawah serta 15 sampel Kerang
darah dari pasar di Surabaya
Selatan, yaitu di Pasar Wonokromo, Pasar Wonocolo, dan Pasar Pagesangan. Pemeriksaan kadar protein menggunakan metode Kjeldahl. Hasil independent sample T-test menyatakan ada perbedaan
bermakna pada kadar protein siput sawah dan kerang darah yang direbus.

ABSTRACT
In
some areas , Pila ampullacea and Anadara granosa are alternative food that can
be used as a source of nutritious food choices with a high protein content. This
study aimed to analyze the differences in protein content of paddy snail (Pila
ampullacea) and blood clams (Anadara granosa) that were boiled . The research
is a comparative study and performed at the Center for Health Laboratory
Surabaya . The samples used were 15 samples of paddy snail and 15 samples of
Shells blood of Wonokromo Market,
Wonocolo Market , and Pagesangan Market in Surabaya. Examination of protein
content was using the Kjeldahl method. The results of independent sample t-test
showed differences of protein level expressed boiled paddy snails and blood
clams.
